Our mission is to close the opportunity gap for females, gender expansive, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM).
We envision a King County where girls and BIPOC students see themselves in STEM — and know exactly how to get there. The path isn’t hidden. It isn’t fragile. It’s visible. Supported. Real.
STEM Paths Innovation Network (SPIN) expands access to hands-on, high-quality STEM learning so every young person can see themselves in STEM and build a pathway to a thriving future. Through free programs and community partnerships, SPIN helps students explore, experiment, and develop the skills and confidence needed for real-world opportunity.
is a school-based program providing afterschool and summer STEM enrichment for K–5 students across King County. Our goal is to build a joy of learning through hands-on, project-based activities like robotics, circuitry, food science, and design - ensuring equitable access to inspiring and high-quality foundational STEM education.
is a transformative STEM program building confidence and community through immersive, cohort-based learning. Led by program alumni and female-identifying mentors of color from across King County, the program connects youth with local industry partners for hands-on field experience. Students are invited to apply to be Fellows as they complete their 10th grade year to continue their journey as the new generation of STEM leaders.
is a career-connected, credit bearing course based in Cleveland STEM High School that empowers students through entrepreneurship, workforce development, and hands-on training in skilled trades, creative design, and digital media.
