What is Washington Gives?

Washington Gives is an online giving platform that helps individuals, groups, and businesses to discover and donate to nonprofits headquartered or serving Washington State.

Each year Washington Gives hosts two fundraising campaigns:

• GiveBIG: A Washington-focused campaign that occurs every spring.
• GivingTuesday: An international campaign that happens the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving. This year, it's December 1, 2026.

We believe in:

• Turning passion into results: Everyone is passionate about something, but many don't know how to turn that passion into impact. Washington Gives helps people find and give to causes they care about. 
• Supporting small nonprofits: Washington Gives provides a low-cost way to fundraise online and reach new supporters across the state.
• Raising needed funds: We provide nonprofits of all sizes training, resources, and an extensive multimedia promotional campaign to build on their strengths and supporters' passions.

Nonprofits do the work that enriches our lives, providing human services, keeping our spirits high with art and creativity, and fighting for equity and social justice. By working together, we can all support this vital work that brings hope, health, and happiness to people and communities across Washington!
