The Power of the Club

From flexible Club hours to exciting new teen programs, Boys & Girls Clubs of King County is a safe, bright spot for families in our community.

Our 33 Clubs provide a welcoming environment and culturally relevant (and fun!) programs. The Clubs also offer scholarships that help families access high‑quality care with confidence, ensuring opportunities remain open to every young person.

Generations of youth have found trusted adult mentors at Boys & Girls Clubs of King County. Today, Club youth are also accessing programming designed to bolster mental wellness and Club staff receive additional training in trauma-informed responses.

On Mercer Island specifically the club supports X2K Mercer Island Youth through before and after care, summer camps, robotics and numerous sports programs (football, basketball, baseball).

Donate for Mercer Island

You can decide whether to support the Youth of King County overall, or contribute specifically to the needs of the Mercer Island Club. We're seeking to raise funds for improvements in the gym (like the addition of scoreboards), and additions to the club space like a water bottle filling station and a safety fence for our awesome new playground.
