Since launching our first cohort on January 5, 2026, we are already seeing real transformation:
- 4 Divas have received job offers with top companies across the Greater Seattle area
- We have established a new partnership with Swedish Hospital through the Theresa Jane Healthcare Careers Program, creating direct pathways into healthcare careers
- Women are not just participating—they are stepping into opportunity, stability, and long-term success
This is what happens when women are given a real chance.
Every woman who walks through our doors has a story—of survival, of resilience, and of trying to find her way back to stability. At Dignity for Divas, we don’t just provide services… we walk with women as they rebuild their lives.
That’s why we created the Diva Internship Program.
Because housing alone is not enough.
Women need income. Confidence. A pathway forward. They need to see what’s possible for their lives beyond survival.
Through this program, women who have experienced homelessness step into a paid internship, gain real work experience, and begin to rebuild not just their resumes—but their sense of self.
And what we’re seeing right now is powerful.
