Despite previous efforts by another agency to trap, neuter, and return him, Tom Tom continues to suffer from fractured teeth and this persistent ulcer, likely stemming from a flea allergy.

Living outdoors, even with regular flea medication, hasn't alleviated Tom Tom's discomfort. It's time to change that narrative.
