As a board member of Empowering Youth and Families Outreach, I have had the privilege of seeing firsthand this organization’s impact on the lives of young people in our community. I have volunteered to speak with funders about the impact of EYFO and the joy that comes from helping others. 

Thanks to the programs and resources provided by EYFO and its partners, we have been able to enable first-generation students to go to college, bring forth resilient leaders, and provide the tools for young people to achieve their dreams. 

As a board member, I have made a personal commitment to help fund scholarships and the Capital Campaign for the new facility. Education is a game-changer that helps level the playing field, and we are proud to be a part of an organization that is making a difference in the lives of young people.
