Transmissions: KZAX Spring Fund Drive 2026

It's that time of year again- the annual KZAX Spring Fund Drive! We're inviting in support from our wonderful community throughout May. KZAX broadcasts unique programming highlighting local PNW and West Coast artists and provides a crucial platform for alternative voices. We host regular in-studio performances, giving local artists the opportunity to play live in our studio and expand their audiences. KZAX also trains new DJs twice a year, inviting anyone who wants to learn and get involved in FM radio to do so.

Your generous donation supports our weird and wonderful programming and uplifts our incredible community of DJs, radio artists, and PNW creatives. This year, we're specifically on a mission to raise $8,000 in funds for a new station transmitter. A new transmitter will enable us to expand our broadcast range and reach the radios of weirdos and local music lovers outside of downtown Bellingham. All funds raised will go directly to the transmitter savings fund and to KZAX and Make.Shift Art Space operations, enabling our non-profit to continue offering art and music engagement opportunities for all-ages in the Bellingham area for another year.
