Give a Little, Feed a Lot

Food Lifeline is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending hunger in Western Washington. They work to ensure that every neighbor has access to nutritious, culturally relevant food by sourcing and distributing food through a network of hundreds of food banks, shelters, and meal programs. Their mission goes beyond providing food today—they are also focused on addressing the root causes of hunger, including poverty, inequity, and lack of access to resources.

Food Frenzy is one of Food Lifeline’s most impactful annual fundraising efforts. It is a two-week, community-wide event that brings together local businesses, organizations, and individuals in a friendly competition to raise money, collect food, and volunteer time.  Through creative fundraising and teamwork, participants help provide critical food support during the summer months—when many children lose access to free school meals and families face increased food costs.

By supporting Food Frenzy, we are helping ensure that families in our community have consistent access to healthy meals during a time of heightened need. Every dollar raised helps Food Lifeline get food onto the tables of those who need it most and supports their ongoing mission to eliminate hunger in our region.
