Thriving Elements is dedicated to closing the gender gap in STEM fields by providing access and opportunities for underserved and underrepresented girls through mentoring.
The primary focus of Thriving Elements is on quality mentoring: recruiting and matching student mentees and professionals in STEM fields. Through our mentoring program we address the gender gap and lack of diversity in STEM fields.
With your support, our mentoring program can thrive and provide more opportunities for underserved girls to develop the skills and confidence they need to pursue careers in STEM fields. We can continue to expand our program and provide girls with the guidance, resources, and a network that can support them to thrive in STEM fields.
