New Vespoli 4+ Naming Rights

We're thrilled to announce a major upgrade to our fleet — KCRC has officially added a brand new (to us) 2020 Vespoli 4+ shell to the lineup! She/he's blue, light to carry, and FAST!

Now is your time to shape KCRC history forever! This boat needs a name worthy of the awesome rowing community we serve. Make your donation and choose your naming idea. The highest donor chooses the name and will be highlighted at the boat christening in June.  The new 4+ joins the Tuck (8+), the Barry (4+), the Badger (4x), the Cathie Huffman (2x), the Edwin Lane (1x), the Slow Slide (1x), and the Sunrise (2x) that you know and love. Ideas kicking around the boathouse so far: "Anything but the Barry", "Lucky Charm", "Blue Lightening", and "Light as a Feather". Unfortunately, "Boaty McBoatface" is already taken.

As with all of our fundraising efforts, KCRC aims to keep youth and adult rowers safely on the water. Your donation allows us to keep funding  scholarships for anyone in need, while also investing in the equipment our growing club needs.
