With inflation, ever rising food prices, and SNAP benefits being cut, families need help getting nutritious staple foods while struggling to make ends meet.
Milk is an important source of protein and calcium for many kids. Your gift will help a kid and their family receive these important nutrients by providing funds with which the Sumner Community Food Bank uses to purchase staple foods such as milk.
It’s urgent that you help right away. If a child facing hunger doesn’t receive calcium and Vitamin D, which can be found in milk, then their growth and bone health are at risk.
Your gift will provide food for a family in your community which will make sure that a child will receive the nutritious food they desperately need. Your gift will also support all the work of the Sumner Community Food Bank.
