Expanding Arts Education Access in 2025-2026

In 2024, our services were requested by collaborators at Inspire Washington, Washington Art Education Association, Washington Music Educators Association, Washington State Thespians, and Washington State School Directors’ Association. With a surprisingly small staff and a Washington-wide roster of volunteers, we provided professional development, advocacy trainings,  arts workshops, and free downloadable resources to over 500 educators, and more than 1,200 students across nearly half of Washington’s 39 counties. 

In the 2025-2026 school year, we aim to increase our reach to even more students, staff, and counties throughout Washington. The need is clear, and our momentum is growing! Your gift will help us scale and sustain services across Washington! We would be honored to have your support as we advance arts education for all of Washington's K-12 students!

For example:
$4,000 enables the development and launch of an expanded Community Ambassadors program, including recruitment, onboarding, and materials for ambassadors representing 15-20 communities around the state.

$3,000 covers three months of upgraded technology and project management. 

$2,000 supports board and staff leadership at Arts & Heritage Day with legislators in Olympia 

$1000 enables an arts-focused survey and webpage informing local voters throughout the state about how local school board candidates might support arts in their schools.

$750 provides 1 full day of workshop facilitation for up to 300 students, educators, or administrators

$500 provides 1 online advocacy training for up to 50 teachers, administrators, or PTA/Booster Clubs

$250 supports printing and mailing of introductory materials to school district leaders throughout the state

$150 supports one hour of professional development for AEW staff and board 

$100 supports the mailing of Washington-wide coloring books to 12 classrooms around the state 

$50  sponsors one month of website hosting with online event access 

$25 enables the mailing of welcome packets to 20 new leaders
