Habitat for Humanity of Mason County’s Home Preservation & Repair Program is designed to help homeowners remain safely and securely in the homes they already have, protecting housing stability while strengthening our community.
Many homeowners in Mason County face challenges such as aging homes, deferred maintenance, and rising repair costs that can threaten their ability to remain housed. For seniors, individuals with disabilities, veterans, and income-qualified households, even minor exterior issues can become serious safety concerns if left unaddressed. Habitat’s Home Preservation & Repair Program provides essential exterior maintenance and repairs that help prevent further damage and preserve long-term housing stability.
