At Community Passageways, we are dedicated to breaking cycles of incarceration, violence, and systemic barriers for youth and families. Through mentorship, advocacy, and life-changing opportunities, we provide the support our community needs—but government funding alone doesn’t cover the full scope of our work.

That’s where YOU come in!

With recent funding cuts, our ability to provide essential, flexible, and immediate support is at risk. Your donation directly fuels community-driven solutions that fill these gaps—ensuring our youth and families receive the holistic, responsive care they deserve.

How Your Donation Helps:

CP-FIT – Adapted from Family Integrated Transitions, CP-FIT provides therapeutic, evidence-informed case management for youth and young adults, ages 12 to 24, who are at risk or involved with the legal system. Our Ambassadors work with families to promote emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and positive behavior change while reducing substance use and aggression.

Deep Dive – Supporting young men ages 15 to 27 most vulnerable to gun violence, Deep Dive offers wraparound case management, mentorship, healing, conflict resolution, financial literacy, employment support, and legal system navigation.

Community Support Team – Providing on-the-ground crisis response to gun violence incidents, our team offers mentoring, emotional support, housing assistance, substance use treatment, and job opportunities to help de-escalate violence and promote healing.

School-Based Programming – Weekly healing circles, culturally relevant curriculum, mentorship, and peacekeeping circles in schools help students and staff build stronger, more connected communities. Currently, we serve South Lake High School and Lakota Middle School.

Youth Leadership Opportunities – We create platforms for youth to engage in leadership roles, from mentorship and public speaking to active participation in policy-making. Our youth have influenced major initiatives like King County’s Road Map to Zero Youth Detention and Seattle’s City Council elections.

LEAD (Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion) – A community-based program diverting individuals suspected of low-level drug and prostitution offenses away from incarceration and into supportive case management and services.

Recovery Navigator Program (RNP) – Providing outreach, assessment, and case management for individuals with substance use disorders, RNP connects youth and adults to treatment and long-term recovery support.

Re-Entry (Not Forgotten) – Assisting individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community with employment, education, stable housing, financial literacy, family reunification, and cultural connection. Led by individuals with firsthand experience, this program ensures a holistic approach to re-entry.

Community Safety Programs –

  • SCSI (Safe Communities, Strong Individuals) – Strengthening neighborhood safety and rebuilding community connections through safety hubs, crisis response, and professional development.
  • RPKC (Regional Peacekeepers Collective) – Providing intervention, prevention, and restoration services for those most impacted by gun violence through critical incident response and life-affirming resources.

Every dollar you give allows us to stay proactive, creative, and responsive—meeting urgent needs while building long-term solutions. Government funding is limited, but with your help, we can continue the critical work of healing, opportunity, and justice for our community.

This is more than a donation—it’s an investment in a safer, brighter future.
