I began teaching at CDC in 2000. During these 24 years I have been lucky to teach hundreds of children and watch them grow in confidence.
Through our innovative teaching methods they learn how to use their body as a dancer, how to communicate through movement, words, writing, and visual art, how to solve problems creatively, how to collaborate with peers, and how to create their own dances. These skills carry into all areas of their lives as they grow up and their world becomes bigger.
