Four Branches, Four Colors: An RBAC Series spotlights neighborhood development through economics, education, the arts, and sustainable agriculture. It emphasizes RBAC's commitment to addressing Rainier Beach's distinct needs.
Our RBAC family does amazing work that enhances the greatness of the 98118 and we are all part of this journey. In this series, we'll cover the four branches of our organization. Some of you know and love them very well, and we are thrilled to introduce them to folks who may not know them just yet.
The four branches of RBAC focus on areas that support, encourage, and enhance the beauty of Rainier Beach. We'll begin with A Place for Everyone, which centers on Rainier Beach's economic development. This includes the Recreating Henderson Project, Priority Hire, and grassroots efforts supporting local businesses.
We'll also explore A Beautiful Safe Place, which focuses on neighborhood safety. Our food justice branch, Grow Food To A Develop Healthy Industry, specializes in farmer advocacy and creating easier access to food in the neighborhood. Finally, Life Long Learning is our branch focused on education, administration, and fundraising.
We will host a fundraiser for one of our branches each month, starting this month with A Place for Everyone. Your support is vital to our mission of enhancing economic development in Rainier Beach.
