WHAT is a Farm Raising? It is much like a barn raising where the community comes together and helps a local farm out.
WHAT TO BRING:
Wear weather appropriate clothing that ready for work
Wear appropriate footwear for farm work
Bring work gloves
Bring your own tools if you have them
Bring snacks and water for yourself
Bring friends and other workers to help

Can you help us build BearGrass Farm?
Farmer Frog is a nonprofit agriculture education and food distribution organization located in Snohomish, Washington, USA. With our community partners, we currently serve over a million and a half people through our programs.
BearGrass Farm is four times larger than our previous site and, over time, we will be able to serve more people than we currently are. However, the site had no buildings, fences or greenhouses when we took the land over a year ago. We started building from the ground up.
For GiveBIG 2024 we are raising $100,000 for the following needs:
Fencing $30,000
Hoop houses $25,000
Aquaponics System $25,000
Gardens, children's learning garden and orchards $20,000
