Refuel Washougal is a community-supported weekly free meal that demonstrates Washougal’s commitment to residents who are experiencing hard times.
Since January 2015, ReFuel has provided meals and fellowship in a welcoming setting.
Meals are served each Friday from 4-6 pm at theWashougal Community Center.
During severe winter weather there is a shortage of overnight shelter in Clark County. ReFuel Washougal, in partnership with the City of Washougal, spearheads efforts to meet this need in East County whenever the weather forecast predicts snow, freezing rain, or temperatures below 30 F.
