Mission

The Washington State Ski and Snowboard Museum honors Washington's ski and snowboard legends, preserves this state's ski and snowboard history, educates visitors about this rich sports story and inspires future participation in Washington State's many and varied ski and snowboard opportunities.

Description

The Washington State Ski & Snowboard Museum (WSSSM) opened in 2015 and is located on Snoqualmie Pass, at the new Pass Life development in between Dru Bru and Commonwealth. WSSSM is a FREE museum open Saturdays and Sundays from 12-5pm, staffed by volunteer hosts. We celebrate Washington State's 39 Olympians, skiing, snowboarding, and nordic legends. Come see the mountains and manufacturers that make up our State's rich history. The museum features a real-life running rope tow, many digital touch screen interactive exhibits and hosts virtual and life Speaker Series and events.
