Since 1921, Uplift Northwest (formerly Millionair Club Charity) has helped to rebuild thousands of lives by providing jobs, meals, and other essential support services to individuals experiencing homelessness, unemployment, or underemployment in the greater Seattle area. We do this by providing programs that develop economic opportunities for individuals while building their self-reliance.

Job Readiness RISE (Roadmap to Independent and Sustained Employment) is Uplift Northwest’s job readiness program, preparing participants to re‑enter the workforce with confidence. Through a four‑week, cohort‑based model, participants build practical skills, strengthen workplace readiness, and learn alongside peers in a supportive environment. The program helps individuals move forward with clarity, connection, and momentum toward long‑term employment. |
