Mission

Transforming Age is a network of services, products and partnerships dedicated to transforming the perception of age and enhancing the lives of older adults as well as the people who love and care for them. 10,000 people live in 54 Transforming Age and DASH-affiliate communities. Another 4,000 seniors and adults with disabilities are served by Full Life Care.

Description

Transforming Age is a leading nonprofit that envisions a thriving multi-generational society, where aging is celebrated and respected. We view aging as a declaration and an opportunity to continue to lead an independent and purposeful life. 

Each April and May we host a special Hearts of Gold campaign to raise funds to ensure that all older adults, regardless of ability to pay, receive the services and care they desire and deserve. Gifts to the campaign are used to support our holistic and integrated program of housing, community services, technology, philanthropy, and partnerships. Please join our movement to transform the perception of age with a gift during GiveBIG to our Hearts of Gold campaign.
