Description

At Terra-Forma Education we have discovered that environmental education students absorb knowledge best when they play an active role in the process of learning. With this in mind, we have created a unique educational model that brings the lessons to life, while teaching real science and re-establishing our lost connection to the environment. We make this happen through our adventure based summer day camp programs for youth ages 6-10 and through our Spirit Rising rite-of-passage adventure for youth ages 11-13. As we slowly emerge from the difficult and challenging years behind us, it is more important than ever for our youth to spend time safely together outside, connecting with the natural world. With your help we can make this possible for the families that are disproportionately affected by the difficult challenges that we all face. Please make a donation today to help us help a family in need.

The Emerald Dragon, our amazing bus painted by an awesome former participant, is in need of some TLC so we can continue getting young people out to explore the diverse ecosystems of the Puget Sound region. Your donations would be a huge help in furthering our mission. Thank you for doing what you do to make the world a better place

We are supported by an amazing board of directors including Dan Moore, Richard Brocksmith, Greg Ferris, Kimberly Leeper, Matt Halliday and Abi Ludwig. We are certified recipients of Microsoft Matching Funds and Benevity Causes Portal.
