Team Survivor Northwest strives to empower and support women with cancer diagnoses through movement and community.

Studies show that exercise reduces cancer recurrence by 48% and mortality by about 24% among cancer survivors, yet only 14% of women survivors meet national physical activity guidelines. Team Survivor Northwest works to bridge this gap by providing thousands of hours of accessible fitness classes, outdoor programs, and social events annually.
