Food Access

When schools close and budgets tighten, the Y helps families put food on the table. Housing & Stability

From youth shelters to rapid rehousing, your gift provides a safe place to land and a path to long-term stability. James found housing and hope at the Y after months of living in his car. Now, he’s employed and working toward a career in construction.

Chronic Disease Prevention & Health Equity

From diabetes prevention to blood pressure monitoring, the Y helps individuals manage and prevent chronic conditions — especially in communities most impacted by health disparities. Your support helps make these wellness programs accessible, inclusive, and culturally responsive.

Mental Health & Wraparound Support

Our trauma-informed teams walk alongside young people through foster care transitions, crisis recovery, and healing journeys. Tina’s story spans seven years – from housing instability to independence. At every step, the Y was there.
