Our Mission

Seattle Neighborhood Greenways organizes and mobilizes people to make every neighborhood a great place to walk, bike and live. Founded in 2011 with the idea that we’re stronger together, we are powered by volunteers and donors like you.

Creating Streets for All

Your support makes it possible for us to create great streets for all to walk, bike and enjoy. We'll put your dollars to work supporting:

• Vision Zero - Advocacy to make every street safe to walk, bike and roll on.
• UnGapTheMap - Efforts to connect every neighborhood with comfortable and convenient bike routes.
• Places for People - Advocacy to transform streets into places to gather, play, build community and support small businesses.
• Mobility Justice - Advocacy to invest in safe streets infrastructure in communities of color and ensure that Black, Indigenous, and People of Color can feel safe while traveling in Seattle.
