Uplift Yourself's mission is to educate and enable individuals to improve themselves and help others through the practice of Qigong and the principles of Ren Xue.
Our vision is that everyone in Washington has access to tools to improve their life in five fundamental areas - health, happiness, well-being, growth and contribution. When each of us is working on improving ourselves, we are then able to help others. When we are all working together in this way, we are all able to move forward in a healthy and positive direction. Everyone has the ability to start this change within themselves and our tools help them find the confidence and understanding to move in this direction.
