About Red Waggin' Rescue

Red Waggin' Rescue was founded in 2012 as a foster-based 501(c)(3) Non-Profit (EIN 45-5455943). We grew out of a need for the City of Connell, located in Eastern Washington, who was without a proper animal shelter and had no pet rescue service. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and find homes for abandoned dogs and cats in need through foster care and adoption. 

We are proud of what we have accomplished with the help of our community and supporters: since 2012, we have rescued thousands of animals! For each pet we rescue, we provide emergency and routine vet care, training and socialization, and quality food while they wait to find their forever home. From the time they join us to their first day in a loving foster home and then finally to the perfect adoptive home, we strive to give all animals the love and care they deserve.
