Mission

RA’s mission is to champion the unlimited possibility of our youth in and out of the classroom by igniting connection through 1:1 mentorship, self-discovery, and access to opportunity.

RA’s vision is a connected community where youth discover an authentic sense of belonging and live a life they love.

Long-Term Approach

Through a hand-in-hand partnership with the school district, students are first selected into the RA community in 4th or 5th grade and together they continue to strengthen their connection all the way through high school graduation and beyond. Each student is paired with a dedicated one-on-one mentor who meets with them every week year round, fully sponsored to participate in extracurriculars, and motivated to achieve on and off the field through RA’s classroom engagement and self-advocacy model.
