All around the country – from Arizona to Texas to our neighboring state Idaho – your fundamental rights to access abortion and reproductive freedom are being chipped away. 

Courts are deciding your rights to access emergency medical care. Pregnant people, patients seeking medication abortion or gender-affirming care are all at risk.  

Pro-Choice Washington works every day to protect Washington as an abortion and health care sanctuary state, but we need your help!

Our Work Has Not Slowed Down 

In 2023, Pro-Choice Washington committed to expanding our organizational reach. With the hiring of two staff members based in Spokane, we have activists working across the state who understand their communities and the barriers to care that people face. 

Despite this period of growth, our work has only intensified in the face of increased national and state attacks on reproductive rights.  

Justice Alito’s opinion in the 2022 Dobbs decision laid bare that the anti-abortion movement will stop at nothing to ban abortion nationwide. They plan to dismantle trans rights and same-sex marriage next. 

With Trump on the ballot this November, we can take nothing for granted.
