We reach the animals who need us the most
The Challenge
Washington is in the grip of a growing pet overpopulation crisis—and the consequences are heartbreaking.
Every day, thousands of kittens and puppies are born into uncertainty, the result of unplanned litters in communities where spay and neuter services are too few or not affordable.
The result is overwhelming as people are stretched beyond capacity and there is nowhere for these animals to go. They are left behind, abandoned and forced to fend for themselves, facing hunger, disease, and injury. This cycle continues, unchecked, and thousands of cats and dogs across Washington are left to suffer.
We know this crisis is solvable. Through GiveBIG, your support will provide free and low-cost spay/neuter surgeries, reaching the animals that need it most.
With each surgery, medical needs are tended to, animals are vaccinated to prevent diseases, and animals also receive ID (microchip or ear tag) to help them stay with their caregivers.
Our free services saves lives. When services are affordable, accessible, and close to home, people step up. The demand is already there. Pet owners want to do the right thing—they just need the opportunity. Together, we can prevent unplanned litters, reduce shelter overcrowding, and stop the cycle of suffering before it begins.
This is a moment to act upstream—to create lasting change for animals and the people who care about them.
GiveBIG. Give compassion. Give animals a chance at a healthier, safer life.

Our Goal
Our Spay and Neuter Program focuses on increasing services in areas of high need, ensuring the most vulnerable animals get the help they need and deserve.
Through our Spay and Neuter Program, we cover the surgery fees for unowned cats and dogs and for pets of Tribal members, unhoused community members, and people facing extreme financial constraints.
Sometimes, our monthly vet bill can total $10,000-15,000. As a small organization, this is by far our biggest expense, and we can only keep these services going to prevent overpopulation and suffering with your support.
