Mission

No More Under is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization focused on water safety awareness and drowning prevention. We believe that education, awareness, and access to swimming skills will save lives. Drowning is preventable and we are dedicated to living in a world where no child drowns.

Description

Drowning is the #1 reason children between ages 1 and 4 die and the #2 reason teenagers 14-19 die. While the state of Washington has worked to reduce water related fatalities, our state still exceeds the national average in this area. According to official Washington State Child Death Review Data, 85% of the water related fatalities in Washington State could have been prevented by taking simple measures such as wearing a life jacket. Lives can be saved by educating families and providing tools such as life jackets and swim lessons to those without access.
