NAMI Spokane is dedicated to empowering all who have been affected by mental illness, through education, support, advocacy, and outreach.

Description

At NAMI Spokane, we believe no one should face mental illness alone. As your local affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, we provide free support groups, educational programs, and advocacy for individuals and families affected by mental health conditions. Our mission is to ensure every person in our community feels seen, supported, and empowered on their mental health journey.

Each year, we serve over 1,700 people in the Spokane area, helping them stay housed, safe, and connected. Our work prevents the most devastating outcomes of untreated mental illness—like hospitalization, incarceration, and homelessness—by offering compassionate care, reliable resources, and a path toward recovery.
