Description

Leadership Eastside offers a leadership development experience grounded in the practical skills of Adaptive Leadership, Racial Equity, Systems Thinking, Thrival, Gracious Space and Emotional Intelligence integrated within the Inner Development Goals Framework. We co-create a more just and equitable Eastside by developing leaders who understand what makes a healthy community and equipping them with skills to manage adaptive challenges.
