Mission

The King County Sexual Assault Resource Center’s (KCSARC) mission is to give voice to victims, their families and the community; create change in beliefs, attitudes and behaviors about violence; and instill courage for people to speak out about sexual assault.

We provide comprehensive services to children, teens and adults who have experienced sexual assault. We couple that with powerful prevention education that aims to stop sexual violence from happening in the first place. All of our direct services are available in both English and in Spanish through our Dando Voz program.

With uncertainty around government resources, KCSARC depends on the generosity of individuals in our community to ensure effective, supportive services remain available to every survivor who seeks help and to ensure that cost is never a barrier to service for survivors or their families.
