Island Volunteer Caregivers (IVC) was founded in 1996 by compassionate local residents who recognized the unmet needs of individuals in our community. Their vision was to provide essential support for daily living while fostering meaningful connections for those experiencing isolation.

Over 300 dedicated volunteers provided invaluable support to over 400 individuals.
Volunteers contributed 11,684 hours and covered 45,415 miles, ensuring those we serve received the assistance they needed.
900+ bouquets were delivered to care receivers by volunteers through our Flowers From the Heart program, spreading joy and brightening lives.
Volunteers delivered 500 holiday meals to those in need.
