Mission & Vision

Our mission is to empower, educate, and coach young women impacted by the foster care system or experiencing family instability to utilize life skills and community resources to support their ability to sustain independence. 

Our vision is that every young woman impacted by foster care or experiencing family instability will have a safe place to live, the opportunity to be independent, and the support to build a positive and productive future.

💜About Us

We empower, educate, and coach young women ages 18 - 25 who are impacted by foster care or family instability to utilize life skills and community resources to support their ability to sustain an independent lifestyle. We begin cultivating relationships as early as 10th grade to ensure quality relationships are developed before aging out of foster care. 

ECP believes real change takes time, so we prioritize long-term relationships over quick results. We center emotional and behavioral health, knowing that when young women are supported mentally and emotionally, they are better equipped to manage resources and sustain long-term stability. As participants move into young adulthood, our focus shifts to practical independence—stable housing, employment, financial literacy, and consistent access to basic needs.
