When someone hears “you have cancer,” the medical team moves fast and goes to work. Cancer Lifeline goes to work too — just on a different part of the journey.

For more than 50 years, Cancer Lifeline has provided free emotional support to people facing cancer in our community, and to the families and caregivers who walk alongside them. Our therapists, support group facilitators, retreat facilitators, financial assistance fund navigators, peers, movement teachers, artistic expression instructors and nutritionists work alongside the medical team, taking care of what medicine can’t: the fear, the grief, the isolation, and the need to feel whole again.

Our programs include one-on-one counseling, facilitated support groups, wellness and movement classes, art classes, nutrition support, and retreats — all free, all open to anyone affected by cancer regardless of ability to pay.

Your GiveBIG gift keeps every one of these programs free and available to our community. Join us, and be part of someone’s care team today.
