ACT Contemporary Theatre: where artistic ambition and civic engagement unite.

For the second time this campaign, we're stretching!
Thanks so much to every donor who helped us hit our intial goal! Will you help us hit our stretch goal of $17,500 to power the best in contemporary theatre?

ACT Contemporary Theatre is home to a luminescent community of creators made of writers, actors, directors, designers, technicians, and supporters. This community made it possible for ACT to present two world premieres since reopening: Reginald André Jackson’s History of Theatre: About, By, For, and Near and Yussef El Guindi’s Hotter than Egypt.

We are committed to bold New Works, developing world-class theatre by local artists, and nurturing the next generation of artists. We rely on a robust community of dedicated and ambitious donors  to make what we do possible.

We bring together a community of curious, adventurous humans who crave a theatrical experience that ignites their imagination and challenges the way they see the world. Join this Community of Creators by making a gift of any amount today!

As the leading voice for contemporary theatre in the Pacific Northwest, ACT produces theatrically ambitious, bold New Works by local artists that are beloved across the nation and world.

Your donation today will have an immediate and lasting impact on vibrant, vital, and ambitious theatre made in Seattle!

Donate $50 or more and get a signed poster from either History of Theatre: About, By, For, and Near or Sweat!*
