Yucatan Education Project

Jack Timmons (Owner, Jack’s BBQ) teamed up with Padre Raul Sanchez to fundraise and build a university on Isla Mujeres, a small island off the coast of Cancun.  The school provides a sorely needed educational opportunity for the local kids, so they can rise up from their humble means and becoming thriving citizens in their small town.  After a soft opening in 2023, the school plans to open to 100 new Freshman students in September 2024.  We need funds to support operations until then and scholarships for the needy children.
