Description

You Grow Girl! provides comprehensive, wraparound services to young women to reach their authentic self through the development of life skills, confidence and self-respect. We believe that youth, especially female-identifying youth of color, must be accepted for their authentic selves and supported by a community of true allies that amplifies gender, economic, and racial justice.

It is our commitment to empower our sisters through mentorship, behavioral health counseling and youth leadership programming. We promise to bring more awareness to institutionalized injustices our sisters experience, co-create with our sisters to develop strategies to address flawed community norms, and advocate for, and with, our sisters to ensure not only basic need resources are accessible but there are no barriers interfering with their economic opportunities.
