Whidbey Island's New Affordable Housing Community!

Whidbey Island Living Legacy (WILL) Vision

WILL has partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Island County where we share the vision of a South Whidbey where people have access to affordable housing. Grace Landing provides homeownership to those who might never have had that opportunity.

Grace Landing

On donated land in Langley, 6 thoughtfully planned homes will provide a realistic pathway to ownership for working individuals and families while fostering a close-knit, supportive neighborhood. Each home features a living room, kitchen, full bath, primary bedroom, and a stairway to a 200 sq ft loft with a half-bath.

Lower costs, smarter design, financial stability, and a strong sense of community make Grace Landing cottages a lasting affordable housing solution—not a temporary fix.
