The Whatcom Literacy Council

Each year hundreds of adults come to Whatcom Literacy Council seeking help to improve their literacy skills and move forward in their lives.  Our vision is a community where every adult has the literacy skills they need to thrive. Improved literacy is a step towards greater self-sufficiency, and more opportunities.  We invite you to join with us in this important work!
