If you’re wondering where this money is going: Meet Emma, former WSCO student, current WSCO coach

Emma joined WSCO when she was in 5th grade, like any other youth student her parents didn't have to pay anything. She enjoyed putting together concerts for the community and learning in a relaxed environment with people of all ages. Above all, the conductors and WSCO coaches became role models for Emma and she thought "you can do that for a living, that is pretty cool". Today Emma coaches kids learning strings at WSCO, and when asked to describe the organization she said "invaluable". We're proud we've helped and continue to help many kids like Emma bring music and community into their lives for free, and share it with the inter-generational community of professional and amateur players for 3 terms and 3 concerts a year.
