Mission: Empowering socially conscious, historically marginalized young adults, our organization is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of ethical fashion leaders. Through workforce and leadership development initiatives, we equip aspiring professionals with the tools and mindset needed to drive sustainable change in the fashion industry and beyond. With a strong focus on environmental stewardship, we're not just building careers; we're shaping a future where fashion meets integrity and social impact.

What do we do?

1. We host FREE Community Events focused on sustainable fashion education and circularity.

2. We mentor and consult sustainable fashion brands  

3. We recruit, place, mentor and develop future fashion leaders:

AIT (Advocates-In-Training) Program:

• Recruit young adults, prioritizing young adults of color between 16-24.
• Place them within sustainable fashion companies to support and learn in their desired career path area.
• Provide comprehensive tools for impactful industry engagement.
• Pay a monthly stipend for their program participation.

Career Interest Paths:

• AITs select from three focused career paths:

- Fashion Design

- Fashion Supply Chain

- Fashion Marketing/PR

Hands-On Training:

• AITs intern part-time with one of our company partners, immersed in their chosen field.
• Weekly check-ins with our team for ongoing workforce and leadership development.
