At Tacoma Arts Live, we believe every young person deserves access to inspiring arts experiences, and through GiveBIG, we can make that happen for students across the South Sound. 

This year more than 4,000 students attended our educational matinees, including 123 Andrés and The Pack Drumline. For many students, it was their first time experiencing a live performance. 

Our education matinees are aligned with Washington State’s Learning Requirements and include customized education guides to engage classrooms before and after the show. These matinee performances spark imagination and serve as a springboard for continued learning within our schools, families and community.
