A professional development program for student leaders, teacher leaders, and community leaders committed to educating and advocating for sustainability.

We train highly capable Student Ambassadors with a year-round professional development program. 

Our methods—impact project design, impact data tracking, and impact storytelling—support young people as they find their voices and use them to make a sustainable world. 

TEACHERS integrate rigor with relevance for real-world impact.    

Sustainability Ambassadors' Teacher Fellows Program is where passionate and committed secondary educators are paid a stipend to develop problem-based, place-based curriculum pathways.

COMMUNITY  drives collective impact. 

We initiate collective impact campaigns, benchmark improvements and report progress to peers, parents, planners, and policy makers via the informed voice of youth. Our work uses city and county climate action plans as a “living textbook” for problem-based curriculum design that let's us connect classroom rigor with community relevance.
