Steven's Animal Sanctuary

Our mission is to provide a safe and loving retirement home for displaced animals that come to us for many reasons, including medical issues or age. We focus on senior and special needs animals. We generally care for 30-50 different animals at a time, with dogs and cats, horses, cattle, llamas, sheep, goats, and/or alpaca. 

Our small core team comprises Dr. Heather Stewart, Laura Stewart, and Holly Moffatt. These three women share a love of all animals especially those with “special needs” and seniors. They decided to create a sanctuary to help out a select few animals that didn’t have other places to go. We have about 5-6 other essential volunteers/staff that keep us going.
