SIFF is a Seattle-based arts nonprofit dedicated to the creation of vibrant experiences and spaces that champion film discovery and arts education.

Founded in 1976, SIFF is Seattle's leading year-round film organization that brings the best in international and independent film to the Seattle area with the Seattle International Film Festival, SIFF Cinema, and SIFF Education.

SIFF promotes film as a medium that champions cross-cultural communication, education, and a deep internal understanding of the human experience. From major and independent American studio premieres to the latest international works from Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin American and beyond, SIFF enriches Seattle and the greater Washington community by creating a community based on the extraordinary power of film.
