The world needs what Selah offers. In a world of noise, division, and exhaustion, people are longing to be heard, to belong, and to heal. Selah creates spaces where that becomes possible. 

We are a contemplative community that invites people to pause, encounter the Spirit, and grow toward wholeness and love for others. Rooted in the Christian wisdom contemplative tradition, we hold space for transformation through presence, practice, and shared journey.

At Selah, transformation happens through simple but powerful practices:

•    Generous Listening – creating space to be deeply heard without judgment

•    Contemplative Living – grounding life in rhythms of reflection, prayer, and presence

•    Sacred Community – walking alongside one another with honesty and care

•    Love in Action – responding to life with compassion and courage

Through retreats, gatherings and spiritual formation experiences, we help people reconnect—with themselves, others, and the Source of Love.

We live in a time when many feel isolated, even when surrounded by others; people are burned out and searching for deeper grounding and conversations often divide rather than heal.

•    $500 helps sustain retreat experiences for those in transition
