The Rhododendron Species Foundation & Botanical Garden is dedicated to the conservation, research, acquisition, evaluation, cultivation, public display and distribution of Rhododendron species. The garden provides education relating to the Genus and serves as a unique resource to scientific, horticultural, and educational communities worldwide.
Youth and Family Engagement - This year, we are raising funds for additional programming for youth and families. We recognize the importance of serving our youngest visitors and intergenerational audiences, leveraging our incredible collection of Rhododendrons and companion plants to teach kids about conservation, biodiversity, and environmental stewardship.
Help us grow the next generation of gardeners and nature enthusiasts!
ABOUT THE RHODODENDRON SPECIES BOTANICAL GARDEN -
The RSBG is a non-profit organization with over 10,000 Rhododendrons on display, the world's largest collection of species Rhododendrons. The garden is home to over 700 of the 1,000 species found in the world's rapidly disappearing wild forests. A stroll through our 22 woodland acres delights visitors with botanical splendor at every turn and includes a Victorian Stumpery, Himalayan Blue Poppy Meadow, Alpine Rockery & Pond Garden, and Rutherford Conservatory.
We would like to thank our many dedicated volunteers, Executive Committee, and Board Members for all of their enthusiasm, time, humor, and energy. We could not function without their support.
To prospective donors - your contribution matters and we appreciate your donation, large or small.
